Directions:

1. Heat up the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cut the puff pastry into 6 pieces and place onto a flat surface.

3. In a large bowl, add in the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce and truffle oil. Stir well until evenly mixed.

4. In each piece of puff pastry, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the turkey mixture. Spread the cheese over the top. Fold the pastry over and crimp the edges.

5. Place onto a large baking sheet.

6. Place into the oven to bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and serve immediately.
